Overnight Rehabilitation Aide

Salary: $17.00 – $19.00 DOE, nonexempt

Retention Bonus of $1,250

Hours: 10:30 pm – 8:00 am Sunday through Wednesday (Full-Time, 38-40 hours per week)

Setting: Residential Recovery Home

Supervised by: Residential Program Manager

As an Overnight Rehabilitation Aide, you will play a vital role in our mission by being a beacon of compassion and support during the night.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assist Mothers and Children: Provide direct support to mothers and their children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being during nighttime hours.
  • Routine Support: Assist with sleeping routines, morning routines and meals, any necessary personal care, and perform bed checks.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily documentation and reporting as needed, including logs and medication counts, ensuring accurate records of care and activities.
  • Crisis Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies or urgent needs that may arise during your shift.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Compassionate Care: A genuine desire to help and support mothers and children.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage daily tasks with precision and care.
  • Quick Learner: Capable of adapting to new routines and responsibilities.
  • Positive Attitude: A can-do approach to tackling nighttime challenges and supporting residents.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, working in mental health and/or addiction treatment, working with families, or experience in residential facilities is a plus! This position does require a High School Diploma or equivalent. A Driver’s License is preferred.
