Salary:  $17.00 – $19.00 per hour, DOE

Schedule:  Sunday through Wednesday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours per week)

Florence Crittenton Family Services is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Aide for the Day Shift team at our Youth Maternity Home. This position offers a unique opportunity to support mothers and their children, providing crucial care and assistance during the day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Assist Mothers and Children: Provide direct support to mothers and their children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being during evening hours.
• Daily Activities: Help coordinate and supervise daily activities for mothers and children, fostering a supportive and positive environment.
• Routine Support: Assist with morning routines, morning and afternoon meals, and any necessary personal care.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete daily documentation and reporting as needed, ensuring accurate records of care and activities.
• Crisis Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies or urgent needs that may arise during your shift.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Compassionate Care: A genuine desire to help and support mothers and children.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage daily tasks with precision and care.
• Quick Learner: Capable of adapting to new routines and responsibilities.
• Positive Attitude: A can-do approach to tackling evening challenges and supporting residents.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or working with youth and families is a plus, but not required! This position does require a valid Driver’s License and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
