Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:15 am – 4:30 pm, with occasional Fridays if subbing (Full-Time, 34 + hours per week)
Wage: $14.75 – $15.25 per hour, DOE

What You Will Do:
As a Floating Teacher Aide, you’ll bring consistency, care, and creativity to our inclusive early childhood classrooms, supporting children ages 0–5. You’ll:
- Jump in across classrooms to assist with play-based, hands-on learning.
- Support transitions, group activities, mealtimes, and rest periods.
- Encourage social-emotional development, self-regulation, and cooperative play.
- Communicate with families respectfully and help create a welcoming environment for all.
- Collaborate closely with lead teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold licensing and health/safety standards and contribute to a clean, nurturing environment.
What You Will Bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A love for children and a passion for early childhood education.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different classroom settings and routines.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to stay calm, patient, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to pass a background check.
Experience in early childhood education is preferred but not required—we’re happy to support your growth!
