Florence Crittenton Family Services (FCFS) is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee our Recovery Home Residential Program. Join our mission-driven team and play a vital role in empowering youth and families through trauma-informed care.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and support a team of Direct Care Staff (DCS) with supervision, scheduling, training, and mentorship.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, contract, and program standards while maintaining our Mission, Vision, and Philosophy of Care.
- Manage program operations, including budget oversight, facilities management, and policy implementation.
- Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors to ensure therapeutic and effective program delivery.
- Facilitate client-focused activities and provide hands-on support to staff and clients.
- Organize and execute new staff orientation, ongoing training, and team development.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients and their families.
What You Will Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years working with youth in a residential setting is strongly preferred.
- Proven supervisory and managerial experience (minimum 2 years).
- Expertise in trauma-informed care, team leadership, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A collaborative, strengths-based approach to client and staff interactions.
